Want to try something new and at the same time try to reduce your packaging and waste? We think the kitchen is a perfect place to start. Live from the Negozio Leggero in Lugano, in the company of Fabiano Piazza and the practical advice of Céliane Maissen from In terr’agire, we will immerse ourselves in the problem of too much packaging and, through a workshop, interactive activities, tips and recipes, we will see how we can reduce the superfluous for a simpler, healthier and more natural cooking for you and the environment.
